One system, three very different screens. A live campus dashboard for Equinim College's Perth campus — each view designed around the device it actually runs on, rather than one layout stretched to fit everything.
Lobby welcome board
Designed for one screen that never moves and nobody touches. Everything lives in a single 1080p frame and stays legible from across the room — room allocations, campus map, live clock, rolling news ticker, photo carousel and a QR code that hands the visitor the mobile version.

Admin panel
Nine tabs behind a login, fully responsive because trainers open it wherever they are — laptop at the desk, iPad in the corridor, phone between classes. Rooms, events, alerts, the photo carousel, intakes, RSS ticker and global settings all write straight to the lobby board.

Trainer sign-on
The bit that ties it together. A trainer signs on from their phone at the classroom door — name, room, course, intake, today's topic — and the lobby board updates in real time.

The phone view students and visitors actually carry, reached by scanning the QR on the board. Thumb-reachable bottom tabs, room availability, maps, emergency info and contacts.
